Do you already know about Global Warming? In short, it is re-heating of the earth’s temperature. It has been higher and higher for each day. It is also a controversial issue that many countries in the world have argued with. Global warming is a dangerous effect that from people who ignore the environment’s health, don’t you think so? Many scientists do their research about this issue. Although Global warming has many effects that can endanger and cause many problems in human’s kind life especially in big city like Surabaya, but actually Surabaya is also has a big responsible too for cause a lead to global warming.

Surabaya is one of the big cities in Indonesia that contribute huge amount of pollution each day. Vehicles that use fuel are usually used by each person in this city. People in Surabaya usually prefer using private transportation rather than public transportation which means multiplying pollution from vehicle’s emission. This also can means that if there are more vehicles that use fuel on the road, the more pollution that this city contributed. If there are many kinds of pollution in the air, it will make oxygen in the air reduced and higher the rate of deadly gases for mankind. It’s very dangerous for our life as a human if we ignore that kinds of pollution.

As we know that higher rate of deadly gases in Surabaya can affect the people in Surabaya itself. As a result, it make the air in Surabaya polluted and affect the temperature, less oxygen in the air make Surabaya getting hotter each days. Don’t you think that the weather is so hot in Surabaya? If we compare it with the small cities near Surabaya, we will know the differences especially in the weather and the air. It is horrible when the temperature rise, we can see that many water sources have been reduced in Surabaya, there are just polluted water sources left in this city.

We have already know that Surabaya’s temperature getting hotter each days, so what’s next? Do you know that La Nina and El Nino do exist? It based on my geography lesson in 12^th grade. The scientists said that the rise of temperature of the earth ( in this case Surabaya ) is a sign of the unbalanced climate, whether dry or wet season is unpredictable. You know that there will be less water in the ground or water sources which means climate in Surabaya is uncommon if we compare it with Surabaya in the past, whether there will be a long dry season or wet season which also means global warming. It’s a great disaster if the climate is unstable. It will disturb our daily life, actually not only for us ( people in Surabaya ) but also in the other part of worlds.

There are several things that can lead into global warming and actually affected by global warming in a cycle. If you think that ride a motorcycle or drive a car as a little thing, you should try to think it twice. Imagine that how much emission that you produced in the air, imagine how many kilometers that you past everyday even in a year. Then, calculate the pollution that you make in 1 day or even 1 year. You know that you are just 1 in a million people in Surabaya who contribute pollution that can lead Global warming. You also can see the impact of what have you did as a Global Warming effect nowadays, there are many examples of that thing. From now on, you should think twice about what you do and what is the results that can cause from your acts for the natural environment, because if you make the nature being unbalanced, you will see how great are the impacts of your little acts to mankind.
