Three Categories of Student in Indonesia ; classification essay

Indonesia is a developed country with large amount of population. As the result, there is a high demand of education as the most important chance to survive in this country. Being a student in school or maybe university is not as simple as it looks. Do you ever think about it? It looks bad when we are classified as the bad student and sometimes we just accepted that title in our life without doing nothing. Even if we are classified as the good student, we will be so proud of our title, ignore the others and do not know how to being a nice person in the school. So, try to figure out in which part of student you are classified. If we talk about the type of student in common, there are 3 categories of student in Indonesia. For example, type of student based from their ability, study’s habit, and attitude while in the class.

The first one of student type is based from their ability. There are students that have a smart brain, do mathematics assignment in a short time, calculate the number within 1 minute, and etc. This kind of student called as fast-learned student. Then, there are students that have medium ability. They can do any assignment about mathematic or physics in a regular time. They are regular like student in common. They called average-learned student. The last type is slow-learned students. They called as slow-learned because they can learn the subjects slowly, and it is hard to make them understand what the point is within regular time as the common student use to be.

Second, there is student type based from their study’s habit. The first one is called diligent student. This kind of student always do their homework, subjects’ exercises, even write down what the teacher or lecturer’s said. Their book usually full of words which contain many  theories. Next one is average students. This kinds of students have common position like the ordinary, not too diligent and not too lazy. Then, the other type is called lazy student. This student is rarely to write anything at all, not the teacher or lecturer’s said and even the theories.

Last, type of student based from their activity while in the class. Are you always have a question or even want to attract the teacher or lecturer with doing some assignment in front of the class? This kinds of students is called as an active students. The next one is the medium students. This is the common type of students, being in the middle between active and passive. The last is called passive student. This kinds of students is the laziest person in the class, being daydreaming all the time during the study time.

 Knowing our type is important. If we have known about this three categories especially as the student and recognize some of them as our type, we can learn the best method of study that we will use to improve our skills to be better. It doesn’t matter if we classified as the bad student with no skill, but if there is courage and we want to change that, I’m sure that all of you will find the way to figure out the solution. For example, if we are classified as the passive person, we must use the study method that can make us being an active student.
